Who we are
Apex Closers ("we", "us") operates a high-ticket sales-closing platform that helps founders and businesses find, engage, and hire professional closers on a commission basis.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, password hash, role); lead and prospect data you add or that our Scout Agent discovers from public X/Twitter sources; client offer profiles, closing scripts, deals, appointments, invoices and contracts you create; and usage/log data needed to operate the service.
How we use your information
To provide and improve the platform: qualifying leads, generating outreach and closing scripts, managing appointments and deals, tracking commissions, and producing contracts and invoices. We use AI providers to generate scores, messages and scripts based on the data you supply.
Third-party services
We use Google Gemini (via a managed key) for AI generation, the X/Twitter API for lead discovery and messaging when you connect it, and Resend for sending emails you initiate. These providers process only the data necessary to perform the requested action.
Outreach & messaging
When you connect your X/Twitter account, DMs are sent from your account and are subject to X's rate limits and policies. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable laws (including anti-spam regulations) and platform terms.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Security
Passwords are hashed, sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies, and access to admin features is role-restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent for optional processing, subject to applicable law.
